Objective/ Aim

Lanasol is focused on providing best in class parabolic trough technology based on the Make in India concept. The goal is to combine high performance with low cost technology. Lanasol is also aiming at an absolute GO GREEN concept.



An innovative and cost effective technology to use the available renewable energy resources like wind, solar, geothermal etc., is the need of the hour. With the depletion of the fossil fuels, drawing energy from these sources has become expensive and also harms the environment. Lanasol’s Solar Thermal technologies is a solution to this problem that lies before the world.

With the goal of giving its best to Mother Earth, Lanasol has designed its unique Parabolic Trough Collector (PTC). PTC is an essential component in the heat requirement industry. Lanasol’s PTCs are designed to achieve a temperature of 80 degree to 300 degree Celsius in a very short span of time. This makes Lanasol’s PTCs distinct from other commercially viable renewable energy technologies.


High Temperature Hot Water

Lanasol has a distinction of having designed, built, tested and installed a medium sized, light weight Parabolic Trough Collector with high efficiency. Parabolic Trough Collector is a Concentrating Solar Thermal Energy Device that concentrates direct incident solar radiation onto a heat receiving element. This innovation has propelled Lanasol into design and production of high temperature water heater at economical cost.

Hot Air Dryer

Lanasol has adapted the technology used in high temperature water heater to build Hot Air Dryer. Water in the system is replaced by a Heat Transfer Fluid and the heat collected by the HTF is transferred to the air through a heat exchanger. This heated air is delivered to the consumer through a blower.

Steam Generation

A natural progression of the technology would be production of steam and it is indeed so with Lanasol. The same technology that produced hot water and hot air is taken one step further to produce steam. The heat gathered by the Parabolic Trough Collector is optimized to generate steam.
